Are you a carer?

If you care for or provide help and support to someone in your family, a friend or a neighbour who could not manage without your help, then you are a carer. The help needed may be due to frailty, illness, learning or physical disability, sensory impairment or mental illness.

We have a Carers notice board in reception with up to date information from the carers centre.  We also have a carers champion who should be able to deal with any help or questions you may have.

If you are a carer, or you have a carer, then please let us know so that you can receive appropriate support from the surgery. You can do so by using our Register a carer form.
