Dr Rakesh Chopra – Male
Dr Rakesh Chopra MS DNB FRCS MRCGP is a medical graduate from the Armed Forces Medical College in India. Having specialized in Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery as a top honours resident from the Post Graduate Institute, Chandigarh, he came to the UK in 1993. He is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Otolaryngology, and a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. Besides general practice he holds a strong interest in teaching, this involves being a GP tutor for the University of Liverpool and a part of the RCGP Mersey faculty running the biannual ‘ENT in Primary care’ course, he is also involved in GP education on a national scale with NB medical group. Dr Chopra is an appraiser for the Halton and St Helens PCT and a qualified GP trainer. He is also ENT GPSI for the PCT with the service in it’s 6th year. His main priority however remains his care and dedication to his patients. He lives in Warrington, Cheshire with his wife and son.
